September 12th, 2026

SMP participated in the 2nd annual Birth, Breastfeeding & Beyond event on September 12th. New & current patients were invited to La Plata County Fairgrounds Expo Hall to meet our pediatric providers! We were so excited to see everyone who was able to attend.
