Future Services

We will provide routine wellness exams for healthy and medically-complex children designed to support your child’s growth and development at every stage. Our visits will include developmental and preventive screenings, discussions and anticipatory guidance around diet, sleep, lifestyle, academics and social-emotional well-being, child-parent relationships and comprehensive physical exam. 

Our clinic will offer same-day sick visits for children and young adults who need prompt evaluation and treatment for acute illnesses such as fevers, ear infections, sore throats, coughs, rashes, and more — so your family can get care when it’s needed most.

We will provide sports and school physicals, which is included in a well-child check, to help children and teens safely participate in athletics and school programs. Each visit will include a thorough exam, health review, and any required forms or documentation.

For health concerns that extend beyond routine well or sick visits, our providers will offer medical consultations and provide a medical home to children with new or chronic medical or neurodevelopmental conditions. 

To better serve families throughout Southwest Colorado, we will offer secure telehealth appointments, making it easier to connect with our pediatric nurse practitioners for follow-up visits or non-urgent concerns from the comfort of your home. Some visit types are not compatible with telehealth visits but we will do our best to accommodate your family’s needs.

We recognize that mental health is a key part of overall well-being. Our practice will provide confidential and compassionate support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and stress management — ensuring that every child receives the care they deserve.
